Programs are designed on an individual basis to fit your needs and goals. This might include the exercises chosen, workout pace, or specific mobility and flexibility drills.

2 on 1

Sometimes our clients prefer to train with a partner. In these cases the program would be similar to 1 on 1 training, but would designed to accommodate both partners.

Sports Performance

60 Minutes

1 on 1

The primary goals of these programs are to improve athletic performance and lower the risk of injury.  Each program is designed to address the individual needs of the athlete(s) and the physical demands of their sport.  

2 on 1

Sometimes our clients prefer to train with a partner. In these cases the program would be similar to 1 on 1 training, but would designed to accommodate both partners.

Group and Team Training

3 or more

Group training of 3 or more is available.  The program, including session duration and price, may vary depending on the size of the group.  Please contact Fit-Rx for more information.

Online Coaching

Online coaching is available for those who can’t make it to the gym, but still want to benefit from our training programs.  Please contact Fit-Rx for more information.
